Job Description: 
MOC Coordinator Needed for Long Term Contract in Convent, LA

The MOC Coordinator will act as the facilitator when there are any changes to the tanks. They will need to interact with Operations, determine what is needed, pull together P&IDs, drawings, make packages, and get everyone necessary to sign off on it. Field walks are included as well.

Primary Role:

1. Facilitate MOC’s related to tank cleaning and design changes.
2. Gather all relevant documentation to ensure the change is acceptable (drawings, P&ID’s, previous inspection history, DEPs, SI’s, pump specs, vendor spec sheets, vendor safety plans, etc).
3. Set up and facilitate meetings (1 on 1’s or group meetings as needed) with relevant parties involved in the MOC.
4. Make field walks to obtain necessary information (pictures, dimensions, verify P&ID’s, etc).
5. Facilitate PSSR walks.
6. Create procedures for commonly used tank cleaning applications.

Potential Secondary Role:

1. Cost tracking/forecasting for expense and capital maintenance projects.
2. Work order/purchase order management.
3. Facilitate the transition to the Tank Overview Process. Drive accountability from all departments.
4. Participate in the Tank Safety Committee.
5. Receive monthly and annual tank inspection records and distribute to the appropriate parties.
Desired Skills: 
The MOC Coordinator will have:

• 3 years of experience minimum required.
• Experience with MOCs (performing or participating).
• Experience with building packages (drawings, P&IDs, etc).
• Working with multiple departments.
• Tank inspection experience would be a plus.
