Staffing Firm in Downtown New Orleans Needs a TRACK Timekeeper

We’re looking for a TRACK Timekeeper to support our employees in the oil & gas and chemicals industries.

The TRACK Timekeeper will be expected to:

• Print and organize daily timesheets for all affected employees.
• Review daily employee time sheets against Track reports and detect and reconcile discrepancies. Verify start and stop times and time offsite. Enter overrides for approved exceptions in Track system within the required client deadlines and/or communicate time differences to affected employees daily.
• Compute and verify straight time and overtime hours and enter employee into payroll spreadsheets and/or CDMS system if needed.
• Enter employee leave time on Payroll Spreadsheet.
• Verify work schedule adjustments and purchase order changes and post information onto designated report(s).
• Establish working relationship with client Track Administrators and maintain open communication with UP account managers.
• Provide completed spreadsheets to the Payroll Dept. by the established weekly deadline.
• Monitor new UP Action Forms (UPAF) daily and enter changes into spreadsheets and/or CDMS when applicable. Update internal spreadsheets with all changes.
• Monitor rates in Track to ensure all new rates and/or changes are set up in the client system.
• Verify CDMS reports to ensure accurate and timely billing and work with TRACK Administrators for any corrections needed.
• Provide and request information as needed from employees and managers.
• Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors.
• Enter A/P expenses into CDMS on a weekly basis.
• Request managers approval for time and expenses entered in CDMS.
• Review and resolve items on Aging, Open Billing and Unapplied Cash on a bi-weekly basis.
• Track Purchase Order value for time entered in CDMS and request increases as needed.
• Compile weekly hours report and submit them to appropriate employees.
• Request and submit weekly download forms to CDMS Administrator.
• Prepare and submit reports to Billing Department.
• Compile and submit Weekly Status Report to Accounting Manager.
• Able to work overtime when required for client needs (i.e. Refinery Turnaround)

• High School Degree.
• TRACK experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent attention to detail.
