Job Description: 
OFFICE SERVICES COORDINATOR NEEDED – DENVER, CO LOCATION Estimated Project Duration: Through Summer 2018 We need an experienced Office Services Coordinator who will be expected to:
• Operate the mail room.
• Collect and deliver mail to all locations.
• Send overnight deliveries and use the arrival system for checking in overnight deliveries.
• Coordinate and deliver files from the NRC.
• Coordinate office moves.
• Order and inventory office and kitchen supplies weekly.
• Call for service of office equipment and verify it stays in working order.
• Maintain inventories of security cards, security supplies, and orders per facility manager's request.
• Process on/off boarding requests including completing the check list portion of the form and updating internal records and signing accordingly.
• Relieve receptionist as needed.
• Set up conference room seating as requested.
• Perform routine errands.
• Maintain meeting room bookings, utilize the reservation system, and focus on the strategic assignment of meeting space to maximize utilization.
• Code and verify invoices to be submitted to accounts payable keys as directed.
Desired Skills: 
The ideal Office Services Coordinator will have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mailroom, office, and facilities area.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability and willingness to cross-train.
• Experience in the following: Mailroom Clerk, Reception/Administration, Scheduling / Coordination, General Office Administration, Microsoft Outlook
• A Safety Champion mindset – portrays a personal example of excellent safety, performance, and commitment.
